Trinity Lutheran is proud to offer an all day summer day camp during the summer break from school. The program begins within a week of the final day of school and continues until one week before the start of another school year. The hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. Summer day camp provides safe childcare in a Christian atmosphere for children from the ages of 3 through the 6th grade. Scheduled activities and events are provided everyday. Children are placed in to groups by ages and all activities and field trips are age appropriate. Activities include 1 week of Vacation Bible School, crafts, swimming lessons, roller skating, nature walks through local parks, bowling, children's museum, Omaha and Lincoln Zoo, movie theatres, swimming 2-3 times each week, and much much more!! Weekly schedules are posted at camp to inform parents of the weeks events. All children receive a morning and afternoon snack. Lunches are not provided by summer camp but refrigerators and microwaves are available. A full-color brochure for our summer day camp program is available for download.
